Full Job Description
The Vice President, Global Marketing and Strategy, Aerospace leads business development, product management, strategic planning, market opportunity assessment, and growth initiatives for Pall Aerospace. The role is responsible for identifying and advancing new business opportunities, strengthening customer and partner relationships, shaping long-term growth strategies, managing product portfolio priorities, and ensuring the business makes the right investments to deliver sustainable growth and market leadership. The individual will be responsible for leading a global team focused on business development, market strategy, product and technology road mapping, and strategic growth planning. In addition, leading annual strategy development involves indirect leadership of a cross-functional group of over 30 leaders across the organization in a robust planning process. The role reports to the Vice President / General Manager, Aerospace. This position requires access to export-controlled commodities, technical data, technology, software, and services. U.S. citizenship, U.S. legal permanent resident status, protected person status, or U.S. Government export authorization is required. Any offer of employment is contingent upon Pall obtaining the necessary employment visa and export authorization, including, if required, an export license from the applicable U.S. government agency. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: • Identify, evaluate, and advance new business opportunities that support profitable growth, long-term strategic priorities, market share expansion, and sustainable competitive advantage. • Build and strengthen relationships with customers, partners, and key industry stakeholders to support growth, capture, customer value, and market expansion objectives. • Partner with commercial, technology, operations, product, and R&D teams to shape growth initiatives, capture strategies, investment priorities, customer requirements, and early-stage business potential. • Develop market insights, competitive intelligence, Voice of Customer input, and customer needs assessments to inform strategic planning, opportunity prioritization, and business development plans. • Develop and execute business and portfolio strategies that align market opportunities, customer needs, product positioning, technology roadmaps, lifecycle management, and investment priorities. • Lead organic growth initiatives, partnerships, open innovation, ideation funnel management, and support diligence and integration activities for inorganic opportunities. • Lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams through disciplined management, talent acquisition, coaching, continuous improvement, NPD process enhancement, and effective use of DBS Growth and Leadership tools. The essential requirements of the job include: • Proven experience leading, managing, and developing people while strengthening organizational capability and communication. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex priorities, delegate effectively, and deliver results within established deadlines. • Strong marketing and brand strategy experience, including product development, commercialization, market research, pricing, promotion, and collateral development. • Experience using Voice of the Customer insights, market analysis, and competitive intelligence to define product roadmaps and identify growth opportunities. • Track record of driving organic and/or inorganic growth initiatives, including digital marketing and go-to-market strategies across global markets. • Strong analytical, presentation, cross-functional collaboration, and independent work skills, with the confidence and drive to execute in a fast-paced environment.
