DESCRIPTION
Own and refresh the U.S. go-to-market plan: target segments, named accounts, offerings, and measurablegrowth initiatives
Build executive relationships at OEM, Tier 1/2 supplier, and industrial accounts; lead complex pursuits fromdiscovery through negotiation, award, and handoff to delivery
Own U.S. pipeline quality and forecast accuracy; run weekly opportunity reviews and monthly business reviewsin CRM
Shape outcome-based solutions and work packages (incl. technical staffing), mobilizing U.S. and global EDAG experts
Partner with Finance and Operations on pricing, margin, capacity, and contractual risk before commitments
Build focused diversification in commercial/specialty vehicles, defense mobility, industrial and consumerproducts, and advanced manufacturing
Lead and coach the business development team; reports to the President & CEO, EDAG North America
REQUIREMENTS
