Full Job Description
U.S.-based leader in SATCOM Antenna systems is seeking a results-driven executive to lead Business Development and Strategic Growth across its Antenna Technologies businesses. This executive will define capture strategies, expand market share across defense and space programs, and directly shape customer engagement around domain experience in space operations, satellite communications, and ground infrastructure.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own and execute the business development and go-to-market strategy for the AntennaTechnologies product lines supporting defense, space, and scientific sectors
  • Develop and execute multi-year capture strategies with prime integrators, U.S. Government customers, Commercial end users and international allies.
  • Align go-to-market strategy with R&D priorities and next-generation power platform roadmaps
  • Identify adjacent market opportunities for existing product platforms and influence R&D direction through customer input
  • Engage directly with senior customer decision-makers, primes, integrators, and system architects to secure long-term positions on programs of record
  • Align business development initiatives with engineering, supply chain, and production capacity across multiple U.S. and international sites
  • Coordinate closely with operations and engineering to ensure proposal feasibility, production readiness, and supply-chain alignment
  • Influence pricing, value proposition articulation, and trade-study inputs on active bids and new pursuits


CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • 15+ years of experience in business development, strategic capture, or P&L leadership in aerospace, defense, or adjacent technologies
  • Demonstrated success growing a business focused on antenna systems, RF/microwave electronics, or secure communications hardware
  • Deep understanding of customer needs in radar, EW, ISR, and C4ISR applications
  • Familiarity with phased-array, dish, reflector, and conformal antenna technologies
  • Ability to partner effectively with engineers, program managers, and operational leaders
  • Fluent in U.S. defense acquisition; ITAR/EAR aware; clearance-eligible (Secret required; TS preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree required; engineering or physics background preferred; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
