FleishmanHillard, a leading global communications agency, has an immediate need for a Vice President to join our Brand Impact Practice in Texas and play a strategic role with national lifestyle brands and sports marketing programs. This integrated marketing and communications leader must have a proven track record of leading sizable, integrated teams and developing earned-first creative programs that combine the power of intelligence, creative and planning, media, social, influencers, partnerships and activations and drive measurable outcomes.
We are seeking a big picture thinker who can provide on-the-spot client counsel and a clear point of view to marketing and comms clients, while also inspiring our team to produce exceptional work and champion new ideas. This leader will manage integrated brand impact initiatives, coordinate cross-functional teams, and deliver measurable results under tight timelines and at a fast pace. Working closely with senior account leadership, the VP will own program delivery, stakeholder communication, and execution excellence.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned program executor with experience in premium consumer segments (lifestyle, food & beverage, personal finance, sports and/or retail), strong coordination and communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a high-velocity, complex environment. Open to candidates located in Dallas, Austin or Houston.
What You'll Do:
Own day-to-day program management and execution for major premium consumer brand clients, translating strategic direction into actionable deliverables.
Manage integrated communications programs that span earned media, influencer partnerships, content, social, experiential, and digital channels-working efficiently under tight timelines and shifting priorities.
Drive on-time, on-budget delivery of program milestones while maintaining quality standards and brand alignment.
Manage timelines, resources, and logistics to ensure seamless execution across multiple workstreams.
Lead and coordinate integrated agency team (IAT) and communications across account team and clients' agencies
Coordinate with internal teams across multiple workstreams; ensure clarity on deliverables, deadlines, and accountability.
Partner with influencer, strategy, content, paid, analytics, and creative teams to execute integrated programs.
Support team members with clear direction, remove blockers, and maintain momentum in a fast-paced environment.
Serve as primary point of contact for day-to-day client communication, program updates, and issue resolution.
Navigate competing priorities and stakeholder needs with professionalism and responsiveness.
Keep senior leadership informed on program progress, risks, and outcomes.
Collaborate with agency partners to align on execution and measurement.
Identify tactical opportunities within programs to enhance impact or efficiency.
Recommend process improvements and best practices to streamline execution.
Monitor emerging trends and cultural moments for real-time program optimization.
Qualifications
10+ years of consumer brand experience in program management, account coordination, or execution roles at a leading PR or communications agency with global/national brands
Understanding of sports including football and basketball (NFL, NCAA) and high-profile partnerships preferred
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously and deliver under tight timelines and high-pressure environments.
Strong expertise in integrated communications program execution with understanding of premium consumer values and behaviors.
Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities without losing quality.
Proven ability to coordinate across teams, manage stakeholders, and communicate clearly and concisely.
Strong command of cultural insights and consumer trends-particularly as it relates to premium segments, lifestyle categories and sports.
Exceptional written and verbal communication; ability to synthesize complex information quickly.
Experience coordinating with agency partners and managing external resources.
Comfort with fast-paced environments and ability to stay calm and solutions-focused under pressure.
The anticipated salary range for this Vice President position is $95,000 - $175,000.
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications and geography. A range of medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, paid time off and/or other benefits also are available.TBD
Omnicom's policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom's corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
