As Medical Director, you'll receive dedicated paid administrative time away from the hospital floor, allowing you to focus on leadership initiatives and successfully support your team.
Qualifications:We're looking for a leader who has:
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) degree
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Emergency Clinician or 2+ years as a board-certified Specialist
- Active veterinary license in good standing
- Proven leadership abilities with strong communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills
- Passion for developing people while delivering exceptional medicine
- Strong communication skills to effectively communicate new ideas, new protocols, and effectively resolve client and/or pDVM concerns when necessary.
