About Us:The Pet Emergency and Specialty Center of Marin (PESCM) is part of the Veritas Veterinary Partners network of emergency and specialty hospitals. PESCM is the only emergency and specialty hospital in Marin County (north of San Francisco) and has proudly served the community since 1998. It has grown to become one of the largest emergency and specialty hospitals in the Bay Area, offering comprehensive specialty services and 24/7 emergency services.
In 2025, we moved into an expansive facility, custom-designed for our needs. Our state-of-the-art facility has 15 exam rooms, 16 treatment tables, a large central ICU, 5 fully equipped surgery suites, Hallmarq MRI, 128 Slice CT Scanner, Fluoroscopy, two digital radiology units with horizontal beam capabilities, dedicated rooms for Endoscopy and Ultrasound, and staff wellness, all designed from a Fear Free perspective. Our team consists of 15+ experienced Emergency doctors (many with 10+ years of experience), 3 Criticalists, 4 Internists, 3 Surgeons, 2 Radiologists, 2 Neurologists, 2 Cardiologists, 2 Oncologists, 2 Ophthalmologists, and an Anesthesiologist. In addition to a regular stream of vet student externs, we also host a class of 4 rotating interns with associated didactics that are open to the whole hospital.
Our culture is collegial, collaborative, respectful, and fun, with many of our emergency doctors, specialists, and support staff having been with PESCM for several years.

Competitive Compensation- Base salary: $275,000-$300,000, depending on experience
