Animal Care Center of Downers Grove is a full-service, newly renovated hospital just 30 minutes from downtown Chicago, where a bright, open, nine-exam-room space meets a genuinely balanced schedule. With two surgical suites, in-house rehab, and a busy urgent care caseload, the medicine stays interesting, and with the doors closed every Sunday, so does your life outside of work.

The Opportunity:
• A busy, varied caseload with same-day urgent care and consistent year-over-year growth
• Full medical autonomy on a fun, fast-paced team that still protects work/life balance
• Flexible scheduling with no Sundays, ever
• At least 3-5 years of experience in a GP or urgent care setting is required for this role

The Resources:
• 4 full-time DVM team
• 9 exam rooms and 2 surgical suites in a recently renovated, modern facility
• Full in-house diagnostics: digital and dental x-rays, ultrasound, EKG, and IDEXX lab
• In-house rehabilitation with therapy laser, plus urgent care capabilities

The Lifestyle:

ProSal Compensation & Benefits:
• Starting salary of $120,000-$140,000 plus production bonuses
