Wilkes County Veterinary Services is seeking a
Veterinarian (DVM) - Mixed Animal Associate to join our growing team in beautiful Washington, Georgia.

What You'll Do & Who You AreWhat You'll Do- Provide medical, surgical, and emergency care for multiple species.
- Conduct physical exams; diagnose and treat medical conditions; manage both routine and complex cases.
- Perform surgeries, including farm and field surgeries.
- Deliver preventive care-vaccines, nutrition counseling, herd health, parasite control.
- Complete farm calls and participate in shared on-call duties.
- Work closely with skilled technicians, assistants, and support staff.
- Maintain accurate medical records in our practice management system.
- Build strong client relationships with owners who genuinely value your expertise.
Who You Are- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree / VMD or equivalent, with a Georgia license (or the ability to obtain one).
- Experienced in mixed-animal work or a motivated new graduate with strong large-animal interest.
- Communicative, compassionate, and confident treating varied species-from cats to cattle.
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative, community-oriented clinic.
Excited about hands-on large animal work and willing to participate in rotational on-call duties.
