Qualifications

• Completed an accredited nursing or medical program with national certification
• Currently licensed in Vermont and able to obtain additional state licenses
• Valid Vermont DEA Registration to prescribe medications
• Minimum of 2 years post-residency practice experience preferred
• Board Certified in Family or Internal Medicine
• Commitment to evidence-based medicine
• Technical proficiency with required software and equipment

Responsibilities

• Set and manage your own recurring patient appointment schedules including evenings and weekends
• Deliver a primary care experience with continuity of care and provider empanelment
• Collaborate with patient care advocates and medical team for optimal patient follow-up
• Utilize software effectively in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
• Communicate clearly with patients about their insurance coverage
