Qualifications

• Completed an accredited nursing or medical program with national certification
• Currently licensed in specified states, with ability to obtain additional licenses
• Valid DEA Registration in good standing
• Experience as primary care provider in clinical setting preferred
• 3 years post-residency practice experience preferred for APPs
• 2 years post-residency practice experience preferred for Physicians
• Commitment to evidence-based medicine

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality primary care through telemedicine
• Manage patient appointments lasting 15 to 30 minutes
• Maintain continuity of care as an empaneled provider
• Utilize software proficiently for patient care and documentation
• Collaborate with patient care advocates and clinical teams
• Educate patients about their insurance coverage and care options
• Adapt to fast-paced improvements and changes in telemedicine practices
