🚀 Turn technology into partner success This is an opportunity to combine commercial instinct, product expertise, and customer success. You'll take qualified opportunities from meaningful product conversations through to close, then help partners achieve value quickly after they buy.
As Pax8 grows its managed intelligence marketplace in the AI era, you'll develop alongside rapidly evolving cloud and AI technologies, building expertise that helps partners understand, adopt, and get more value from the solutions available to them.
🎯 What you'll be doing You'll own the journey from qualified opportunity through to adoption, making each interaction relevant, commercially focused, and valuable.
- 🎤 Bring solutions to life: Deliver tailored product demonstrations and partner health checks that connect technology to real business needs.
- 📈 Turn opportunity into growth: Own qualified cross-sell, upsell, and expansion opportunities through to a confident close.
- 🚀 Accelerate adoption: Guide partners through focused onboarding after the sale, helping them reach value quickly and creating early adoption signals.
- 🤝 Strengthen the team: Partner closely with business development and vendor enablement colleagues, sharing insights that improve future conversations and opportunities.
- 💡 Spot what comes next: Use partner feedback and Net Promoter Score insights to identify new opportunities, adoption challenges, and potential risks.
- 📊 Keep opportunities moving: Maintain clear, accurate customer relationship management records so the team has strong visibility throughout the commercial journey.
- 🧭 Connect the right expertise: Recognize when deeper pricing or commercial support is required and bring the appropriate specialists into the conversation.
🌟 The impact you'll make You'll help create the connection between a great sales experience and genuine partner success. By translating product capability into business value, closing the right opportunities, and accelerating adoption after the sale, you'll contribute directly to partner growth, vendor performance, and stronger long-term relationships.
🔍 What you'll bring You'll thrive in this role if you enjoy combining technology, commercial conversations, and customer outcomes.
- Proven experience in technical sales, solutions consulting, customer expansion, or another environment where you've helped customers confidently move from consideration to purchase.
- A natural ability to demonstrate technology and adapt the conversation for both commercial and technical audiences.
- Confidence navigating objections, creating momentum, and owning the close in a fast-moving environment.
- Practical knowledge of cloud or Software as a Service solutions and an understanding of how managed service providers create value for their customers.
- The ability to turn a successful sale into meaningful product adoption through focused, value-led onboarding.
- A collaborative approach and enthusiasm for sharing partner insights that help the wider team continuously improve.
- Strong ownership and organizational discipline, including maintaining accurate opportunity and customer information.
- Curiosity, resilience, candid communication, and a commitment to continually learning.
