Responsibilities:

  • Develops, submits, and presents regular status reports using provided templates, maintaining meeting minutes and tracking action items to provide updates to stakeholders.

  • Prepares and submits weekly reports, conducts meetings with stakeholders, and coordinates risk and issue resolution.

  • Delivers comprehensive reports summarizing long-distance travel, ensuring compliance with requirements.

  • Directs the development of integrated dashboard solutions providing high-level visibility into enterprise environment health.

  • Develops, submits, and maintains spend plans as living documents, providing detailed projections of contract spending.

  • Ensures new services or modifications are prepared for operational support before launch, collaborating with stakeholders.

  • Develops and implements performance management and customer experience programs to measure service quality and operational effectiveness.

  • Reviews and updates performance metrics for identified services, specifying measurable metrics and reporting requirements.

  • Implements methodologies to support continuous improvement cycles within operations using performance data and customer feedback.

  • Applies comprehensive knowledge across key tasks, plans and leads major technical assignments, and functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments; may supervise others.

Qualifications:

Required –

  • BA/BS + 8 years of relevant experience; equivalencies considered

  • Active Secret clearance

  • Demonstrated experience leading performance management, service measurement, and value realization activities within large-scale IT or service delivery environments

  • Experience developing and managing KPIs, SLAs, SLOs, performance metrics, and measurement frameworks aligned with contractual, operational, and organizational objectives

  • Demonstrated experience developing executive dashboards, scorecards, trend analyses, and performance reports that translate complex operational data into actionable insights for leadership

  • Experience analyzing service performance, financial/spend, operational, and customer experience data to identify trends, performance gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities

  • Experience developing and maintaining spend plans, forecasts, performance projections, and supporting analyses to inform program planning and decision-making

  • Demonstrated experience implementing continuous improvement methodologies and using performance data and customer feedback to drive measurable improvements in service delivery

  • Experience supporting operational readiness and service transition activities, ensuring new or modified services meet defined performance and support requirements prior to deployment

  • Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools and methodologies, including leveraging ITSM data for performance measurement, reporting, and service improvement

Desired –

  • Prior experience supporting federal agencies, especially the Department of State

  • Experience supporting large-scale, geographically dispersed or global enterprise IT environments

  • Experience with ServiceNow reporting/Performance Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, or comparable enterprise analytics and visualization platforms

  • ITIL, PMP, Lean Six Sigma, data analytics, or related professional certification

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
