Validation SupervisorFull Time | Georgetown, TX
Total Site Solutions (TSS), Georgetown, TX., is seeking a detail-driven Validation Supervisor to lead validation activities across our data center configuration, integration, and deployment operations. This role makes sure that equipment, processes, and systems are validated accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with customer, OEM, and industry standards. That is how we deliver the quality and reliability our customers count on. The Validation Supervisor leads a team of validation specialists and partners closely with Quality, Operations, and Engineering to keep validation efforts aligned with TSS's goals. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who delivers validation projects on time, within scope, and to spec.
Key ResponsibilitiesValidation Execution & Oversight- Supervise and coordinate daily validation activities, including protocol development, execution, and reporting.
- Review and approve validation documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with customer, OEM, and industry standards such as ISO.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective actions to address validation deviations or non-conformances.
- Monitor project timelines and resource allocation so validation projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
Team Leadership & Development- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of validation specialists, fostering professional growth and adherence to best practices.
- Set clear performance expectations, provide ongoing feedback, and build a culture of accountability and quality.
- Partner with HR to support the hiring, onboarding, and training of validation team members.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Continuous Improvement- Collaborate with Quality, Operations, and Engineering to develop validation strategies and resolve issues that arise during validation.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and validation methodologies.
- Drive continuous improvement in validation processes to increase efficiency, accuracy, and TSS's capacity to scale.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of validation experience in a regulated or quality-driven environment, such as electronics manufacturing, data center infrastructure, or medical devices.
- Proven experience supervising or leading a team in a validation environment.
- Strong knowledge of quality and regulatory standards, such as ISO, cGMP, or comparable frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and review validation protocols and reports.
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple validation projects at once.
Preferred Qualifications- Advanced degree (Master's or higher) in a relevant engineering or technical discipline.
- Certification in validation or quality management, such as ASQ Certified Quality Auditor or Certified Validation Professional.
- Experience with computerized system validation (CSV) and automation systems.
- Lean Six Sigma or other continuous improvement certification or experience.
- Experience in a multi-site or global validation environment.
- Background validating server, data center, or electronics systems.
Work Environment- Full-time, on-site in Georgetown, TX, with regular presence on the production floor and in the validation lab.
