Position Summary...
As a Staff Software Engineer in Information Security, you will lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure software solutions that align with business objectives. This role requires expertise in software architecture, continuous integration, and stakeholder management to ensure robust, high-quality products. You will collaborate across teams to analyze requirements, address risks, and drive innovation in security and performance. Your contributions will support the delivery of resilient systems that meet evolving technical and business needs while maintaining compliance with industry standards and best practices.

What you'll do...
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze technical requirements and deliver secure, scalable software solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Design and implement modular, extensible software architectures ensuring high availability and disaster recovery capabilities.
  • Develop, review, and maintain code following industry standards and security best practices to support continuous integration and deployment.
  • Lead root cause analysis and defect resolution to enhance application performance, security, and usability.
  • Drive automation of repetitive tasks within CI/CD pipelines to improve efficiency and reliability.
  • Monitor program metrics and provide timely reporting to ensure adherence to project milestones and quality standards.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
