As a Staff Software Engineer, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable platform capabilities, including infrastructure, tooling, and AI/ML frameworks. This role requires ownership of the full software lifecycle, ensuring quality through system design reviews and continuous improvement. You will collaborate across teams to translate complex requirements into actionable solutions, mentor engineering talent, and drive technical excellence. Your expertise in cloud-native architecture and data-driven decision-making will support innovation and operational efficiency, contributing to the delivery of robust, maintainable, and high-impact software solutions aligned with business objectives.

This team develops scalable, innovative solutions impacting millions of shoppers globally and supports Walmart International's retail network across 20+ countries. The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
