Role summary:
The Senior Product Manager leads the strategy and execution for a complex product or product family, leveraging deep customer insights and market analysis to drive significant business impact. This role defines product vision, manages roadmaps, and guides cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions. The position requires expertise in technology, data-driven decision making, and agile methodologies to optimize product outcomes. The Senior Product Manager mentors peers, influences stakeholders, and ensures alignment with business objectives while fostering innovation and continuous improvement across the product lifecycle.
About the team:
The Fulfillment Automation Software team develops and scales advanced automation solutions across Walmart's fulfillment network. They integrate third-party automation software with in-house Warehouse Management and Control Systems to ensure seamless, reliable, and cost-effective operations. Focused on innovation and continuous improvement, the team applies data-driven decision making and agile methodologies to enhance product strategy and lifecycle management. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, they deliver impactful solutions that optimize fulfillment processes and support Walmart's commitment to operational excellence.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
