The Senior Manager, Strategic Account Management leads the execution of comprehensive business plans by identifying customer and operational needs, driving performance, and fostering collaboration across teams. This role oversees associate development, promotes adherence to company policies, and ensures alignment with strategic objectives. By leveraging data insights and industry knowledge, the position influences stakeholder decisions, manages complex negotiations, and advances customer relationships. The role demands a focus on continuous improvement, effective communication, and delivering measurable business value while supporting a high-performing, engaged team environment.
About the team:
The Marketplace Category team leads key stakeholder relationships to support business goals within Lawn & Garden. It drives performance through data-driven insights, strategic planning, and effective communication. The team fosters accountability, continuous improvement, and compliance with company policies. By mentoring associates and promoting collaboration, it delivers measurable results aligned with organizational objectives. Expertise in stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and business metrics enables the team to align initiatives with customer needs and company priorities, contributing to sustained business success and operational excellence.
What you'll do:
  • Lead the execution of strategic account plans by identifying customer needs and aligning business priorities to drive performance.
  • Develop and communicate business plans, removing obstacles and allocating resources to meet performance standards.
  • Supervise and mentor associates, fostering a collaborative team environment and conducting regular performance evaluations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to support business objectives and enhance account growth.
  • Analyze market trends and data to inform forecasting, sales strategies, and contingency planning.

Bentonville, Arkansas US-30008: The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00

Sunnyvale, California US-11789: The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00 - $234,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
