The Senior Manager, Software Engineering, leads platform-level execution of software and AI/ML systems, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and roadmap milestones. This role oversees infrastructure, tooling, and frameworks that support scalable, secure development while driving full lifecycle management across multiple teams. The position champions DevOps practices, cloud cost optimization, and operational excellence for Data Ventures org. It involves mentoring engineers, guiding architectural decisions, managing stakeholder relationships, and delivering complex technical initiatives on time and within scope. The role fosters innovation, continuous improvement, and collaboration to advance robust, AI-integrated software solutions serving millions.

The team addresses complex business and technical challenges within Growth Tech by leveraging advanced agentic development tools. Utilizing AI coding agents throughout planning, design, implementation, testing, and operations, they establish standards for scalable, reliable, and secure production systems. Operating at the intersection of software engineering, data, and AI, the team delivers valuable insights to suppliers and merchants. They develop platforms for intelligent automation, including agent orchestration and customer-facing AI solutions, emphasizing rapid iteration and adaptive systems that learn from usage. Collaboration and continuous improvement drive innovation in this dynamic environment.
