They develop platforms for intelligent automation, including agent orchestration and customer-facing AI solutions, emphasizing rapid iteration and adaptive systems that learn from usage. What you'll do: - Lead platform-level execution of software and AI/ML systems, ensuring alignment with domain priorities and roadmap milestones.
- Oversee shared infrastructure, tooling, and frameworks to support scalable, secure development and seamless system integration.
- Drive full software development lifecycle across teams, championing DevOps practices, CI/CD, and cloud cost optimization.
- Collaborate with product and data teams to design and deliver AI-integrated software serving millions of users.
- Mentor engineers, promote technical quality, and guide architectural decisions for maintainability and performance.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, track metrics, and ensure timely delivery of complex technical initiatives.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
