What you'll do: - Identify and assess appropriate data sources aligned with business requirements and service level agreements.
- Work with stakeholders to identify modeling needs and form the strategy of each project.
- Develop simulation models and present results to leadership.
- Develop and present clear data visualizations tailored to stakeholder needs.
- Support data governance by promoting data quality standards, accessibility, and compliance with regulatory policies.
What you'll bring: - Extensive experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, and simulations to support complex business decisions.
- Proficiency with database technologies including SQL and NoSQL for effective data extraction and quality assessment.
- Strong understanding of data quality management, governance, and enterprise data strategy principles.
- Ability to translate business requirements into actionable data solutions aligned with organizational goals.
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, and Python libraries to communicate insights clearly.
- Knowledge of supply chain optimization, transportation management, and logistics engineering to inform data-driven recommendations.
- Demonstrated capability to collaborate cross-functionally and mentor junior analysts.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
