Role summary:
The Manager, Quality Assurance Laboratory Testing, leads the execution and oversight of physical, mechanical, and performance testing to ensure product compliance and reliability. This role manages laboratory operations, including equipment maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting, while ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory standards. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the manager provides technical expertise, analyzes test data, and delivers accurate reporting to support business objectives. The position also involves supervising and developing laboratory staff, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and maintaining rigorous quality control to uphold organizational standards and operational excellence.
About the team:
The Quality Assurance team leads supplier quality management by implementing rigorous protocols and continuous improvement processes. They collaborate with suppliers to validate product performance before production, driving quality initiatives and managing corrective and preventive actions. The team ensures manufacturing processes meet high standards through strong leadership and effective communication. They assess supplier performance, provide actionable feedback, and support process enhancements. The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
