The manager leads quality audits, provides actionable feedback, and supports Product Development with expertise in upfront quality designs. What you'll do: - Manage quality assurance processes by focusing on upfront quality during development, conducting audits, analyzing KPI data, and delivering actionable feedback to improve products for the customers.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate quality programs and process improvements aligned with industry best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify development needs, update documentation, and ensure effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Foster accountability to achieve quality objectives.
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to leadership, supporting continuous improvement and compliance with company standards.
What you'll bring: - Proven experience managing quality assurance programs and conducting quality audits to enhance customer service delivery.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor, develop, and motivate teams toward continuous improvement.
- Expertise in quality management systems, root cause analysis, and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Proficiency in data analysis to identify trends in quality, training needs, and process improvement opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and report findings.
- Ability to implement and evaluate quality assurance processes aligned with industry best practices.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
