What you'll do...
Role summary:
The (USA) Distinguished, Product Manager leads enterprise-wide product strategy, shaping organizational capabilities and advancing Walmart's competitive positioning through innovative product leadership. This role oversees multiple complex product lines by integrating market trends, customer insights, and business strategies to drive mass adoption and value creation. Responsible for defining long-term vision, guiding product roadmaps, and establishing governance frameworks, the position influences cross-functional stakeholders and fosters data-driven decision-making. The role also champions emerging technologies and ethical standards while mentoring talent and enhancing product management practices across the organization.
What you'll do:
  • Lead enterprise-wide product strategy by integrating market trends, competitive dynamics, and business objectives to drive innovation and value creation.
  • Own multiple complex product lines, developing strategic frameworks including Whole Product concepts and go-to-market approaches to maximize adoption.
  • Drive deep customer understanding through design thinking, journey mapping, and process optimization to identify and prioritize unmet needs.
  • Oversee product lifecycle management, including roadmap development, MVP rollout, and governance to ensure alignment with business goals and compliance standards.
  • Guide data-driven decision-making and adoption of emerging technologies, including responsible AI integration.
  • Influence senior stakeholders with fact-based narratives to align on complex product initiatives and organizational priorities.

San Bruno, California US-08848: The annual salary range for this position is $169,000.00 - $338,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
