What you'll do...
Role summary:

The Pricing Enablement Lead is responsible for building capabilities, tools, processes, and governance that enable world-class pricing execution across Walmart. This role serves as the bridge between Pricing Operations, Merchandising, Product, Technology, and cross-functional partners to simplify complex pricing work, remove friction, and create scalable solutions that improve execution quality and speed.

This leader identifies opportunities to modernize pricing processes, drives adoption of new capabilities, and ensures teams have the knowledge, documentation, and support needed to execute pricing changes accurately, efficiently, and consistently while improving the associate experience.
What you'll do:
  • Design and implement scalable pricing processes that improve operational efficiency and execution quality.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives that simplify pricing workflows and reduce manual effort.
  • Develop and maintain pricing standards, documentation, operating procedures, and governance.
  • Partner with Product and Technology to influence roadmap priorities based on operational needs and business value.
  • Identify operational pain points using data and associate feedback, translating insights into measurable improvements.
  • Establish key performance indicators and operational health metrics to measure adoption, efficiency, quality, and impact.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives that eliminate waste, standardize best practices, and improve scalability.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, learning, and continuous improvement across Pricing Operations.

What you'll bring:
  • Experience leading complex operational or transformational initiatives within large, matrixed organization.
  • Strong understanding of pricing, merchandising, retail operations, or related business functions.
  • Demonstrated ability to simplify complex business problems into scalable operational solutions.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across leadership levels without direct authority.
  • Experience partnering with Product, Technology, and Business teams to deliver enterprise capabilities.

  • Proven ability to prioritize competing initiatives while balancing strategic outcomes and operational excellence.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
