Job DescriptionRole OverviewThe role focuses on owning and driving IT execution across ERP transformation, data migration, legacy modernization, and enterprise integrations.
You will be responsible for end-to-end delivery across design, testing, cutover, and go-live readiness, with full accountability across workstreams and dependencies.
You are not expected to be an AI expert on day one. You will learn and apply AI in a real program setting, combining traditional program management with AI-enabled execution.

Level: Manager / Senior Manager
Salary Range: $140K to $190K
Responsibilities:
Program Execution- Lead execution across Oracle Fusion ERP workstreams including Finance, Supply Chain, and cross-functional integrations
- Drive end-to-end delivery from solution design through testing, cutover, and go-live readiness
Data and Systems- Manage data migration and reconciliation, improving mapping accuracy and validation cycles using AI-assisted tools
- Support legacy system transition and modernization efforts
Planning and Dependencies- Facilitate process discovery and requirements alignment, translating workflows into structured implementation plans
- Own program planning and roadmap execution, including sequencing, milestone tracking, and scenario planning
- Identify and manage cross-workstream dependencies
Delivery Governance- Manage boundary systems integration across enterprise applications
- Oversee release management, environment readiness, and deployment coordination across DEV, SIT, UAT, and PROD
AI in ExecutionAI is increasingly embedded in how delivery is executed across the program, including:
- Data migration and reconciliation workflows
- Legacy system understanding and modernization
- Process discovery and planning
- Dependency tracking and execution visibility
Requirements- 8+ years of experience in complex ERP or transformation programs
- Ability to operate across multiple teams and dependencies
- Strong ownership and execution mindset
- Willingness to learn and apply AI in delivery environments
