You are a builder and a pioneer.

You are an experienced enterprise sales leader who knows how to create momentum, build trust and turn opportunity into revenue. You are excited by the opportunity to establish Resulting in the US, build on our credibility in the SAP market and deliver measurable commercial growth.

You combine strategic sales leadership with a hands-on approach. You are equally comfortable in front of a Fortune 500 CIO as you are leading discovery, shaping a complex proposal, navigating procurement and closing a strategic deal. You are commercially ambitious, highly accountable and motivated by clear targets, strong customer relationships and consistent execution.

Here is what sets you apart:

• Proven success leading enterprise sales within consulting, technology, SaaS, SAP or digital transformation businesses.

• A track record of building a qualified pipeline and winning new-logo business in a US enterprise market.

• A track record of personally leading and closing complex, high-value, multi-stakeholder enterprise opportunities.

• Experience selling to C-level executives, including CIOs, Chief Transformation Officers and senior SAP leaders.

• Strong sales management discipline, including pipeline inspection, accurate forecasting, qualification, CRM hygiene and an understanding of professional-services economics.

• The ability to set a clear sales direction while remaining personally involved in the opportunities that matter most.

• Experience developing strategic accounts through executive relationships, successful handover, renewal and expansion.

• Strong cross-functional communication skills, with the ability to align UK and global teams around US customer needs and commercial priorities.

• Commercial literacy, including the ability to understand delivery capacity, margin, pricing, business risk and the commercial impact of commitments made during the sales process.

Nice to have:

• Experience selling SAP services or enterprise transformation engagements in the US market.

• An established network of SAP executives, CIOs and transformation leaders across the US.

• Experience selling AI-enabled services, SaaS products or technology platforms.

• Experience hiring, coaching or leading sales professionals as the US function grows.

• Experience working with a UK-headquartered or international professional-services business.

• Experience working with sales targets, budgets and commercial performance reporting.

• Establish disciplined pipeline management, CRM hygiene, sales operating rhythms and a consistent qualification approach, using MEDDPICC or an equivalent where appropriate.

• Provide clear pipeline, forecast, market and commercial insight to the CCO and wider leadership team.

• Build Resulting's brand and market presence across the US through targeted account activity, executive relationships and relevant industry engagement.

• Build trusted relationships with CIOs, Chief Transformation Officers, Heads of SAP and other senior enterprise leaders.

• Identify, qualify, pursue and close strategic new-logo opportunities.

• Win reference customers and lighthouse accounts that strengthen Resulting's credibility in the US market.

• Feed market insight into Resulting's propositions, messaging and go-to-market strategy.

Strategic Partnerships & Ecosystem Growth

• Develop relationships with SAP and complementary ecosystem partners that create qualified routes to market.

• Identify and develop alliances that increase brand awareness and generate qualified opportunities.

• Represent Resulting at relevant industry events, customer forums and executive briefings.

Client Delivery & Customer Experience

• Maintain executive relationships with strategic clients from opportunity through handover, delivery and expansion.

• Work closely with delivery leaders to ensure effective handovers, clear expectations and strong client governance.

• Act as a senior commercial contact for strategic clients where leadership involvement is needed.

• Use client feedback, delivery performance and NPS to strengthen account growth, references and the US sales approach.

Regional Operations

• Work with the UK team and wider leadership to ensure the US sales approach is practical, compliant and aligned with Resulting's global standards.

• Partner with delivery and finance colleagues on pricing, resource assumptions, margin awareness and commercial reporting for active opportunities.

• Ensure sales activity, opportunity governance and commercial commitments are consistent with Resulting's global standards and appropriate for the US market.
