Job Description

  • Develop analytical and presentation material for US private equity direct primaries, secondaries, co-investments, and selectively also for concentrated secondary and other hybrid private equity investments
  • Build valuation models, comparable companies analysis, and business model review and market assessment in order to evaluate direct-investment opportunities
  • Support the global direct-investment team in various other tasks, including transaction execution, portfolio monitoring, investor communications and internal meeting materials
  • Support the US private equity platform and assist with analyzing market trends and data, GP coverage and portfolio analysis


Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 2-3 years of investment banking or private equity
  • Essential skills include solid background in finance, detail-orientation, and strong analytical, modeling, quantitative and written communication skills
  • High proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint and Microsoft Word
  • Fluency in other languages is a plus but not a requirement
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
