About the Team The TikTok LIVE Ecosystem team's mission is to create a sustainable livestream ecosystem. We strive to ensure our users and creators a high quality experience on the platform. This role will be based in Los Angeles, CA. Responsibilities - Conduct deep-dive content and ecosystem analysis, delivering actionable insights that shape strategies across ecosystem health, scaled enforcement, and creator experience. - Build and manage end-to-end quality analysis and reporting pipelines across full moderation workflows. - Apply LLM and advanced analytical tools to investigate complex cases, perform root cause analysis, validate model reasoning, and support policy research. - Identify emerging ecosystem risks, systemic gaps, and inconsistencies in policy understanding and enforcement. - Lead cross-team and vendor calibration on policy interpretation, moderation standards, and quality benchmarks. - Drive small-to-mid scale initiatives to improve ecosystem outcomes and operational quality.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification(s): - BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience. - Strong analytical mindset: an ability to connect case-level signals to ecosystem-level trends and turn insights into action. - Data fluency (Excel / Sheets / basic visualization) and structured problem-solving skills for incident investigation and root cause analysis. - Deep knowledge of content and monetization ecosystems, plus mastery of policy frameworks and enforcement logic. - Experience designing moderation quality assessment and calibration mechanisms, with an ability to spot systemic policy gaps. Preferred Qualification(s): - Hands-on experience using LLM and analytical methods for policy analysis, model validation, and operational optimization. - Strong cross-functional collaboration and standard-setting skills to drive consistency across internal and vendor teams.

[For Pay Transparency]Compensation Description (Annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $72200 - $143640 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.
