Role & ResponsibilitiesThe Cyber Security Director, represent Dassault Systèmes as the Group CISO's senior leader in the United States.
In this role, you will lead customer trust and cybersecurity engagements across three key areas:
- Customer Engagement: Act as the senior US-based representative for security discussions with enterprises in defense, aerospace, critical infrastructure, and manufacturing. You'll handle contractual security commitments, audit responses, and executive-level trust conversations, working closely with account teams and cloud advocates.
- Regulatory & Government Affairs: Serve as the primary point of contact for US authorities on cybersecurity and data protection, including CISA, DoW, and sector regulators. You'll manage relationships, respond to inquiries, and participate in industry forums shaping cybersecurity policy.
- Internal Leadership: Oversee US-based cybersecurity operations, ensuring alignment with global strategy. You'll act as the bridge between the US entity and the global CISO organization, translating priorities into local execution.

QualificationsMandatory
- 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on enterprise leadership, government affairs, or defense.
- Deep technical expertise in cybersecurity operations, risk management, compliance, or architecture.
- Proven experience engaging with US regulatory bodies (e.g., CISA, DoW) and defense/intelligence sectors.
- US citizenship required; eligibility for security clearance is a must for this role.
- Familiarity with frameworks such as CMMC, FedRAMP, NIST 800-171, and ITAR/EAR compliance.
Preferred
- Experience working in French or European multinational environments.
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders, from engineers to C-suite executives.

Salary Pay Transparency
Compensation for the role will be commensurate with experience. The total expected compensation range will be between $210000 and $250000, representing the base salary (or annualized salary based on estimated hourly compensation) and target bonus.
