Mayo Clinic Health System in Eau Claire, WI, is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Urologist to join a well-established, physician-led practice committed to delivering exceptional patient care in a collaborative and financially strong healthcare organization.

This comprehensive urology practice offers a balanced mix of outpatient clinic visits, office-based procedures, and dedicated operating room time. The successful candidate will join a team of three Urologists and two Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) and benefit from an established referral network, advanced technology, and opportunities to develop both general urology and subspecialty interests.

Practice Highlights
• Comprehensive urology practice with a mix of clinic, procedural, and surgical responsibilities.
• Join an experienced team of 3 Urologists and 2 APPs.
• Dedicated operating room time and strong procedural volume.
• Clinic conveniently connected to the hospital.
• Common EMR and PACS platform across all Mayo Clinic Health System sites.
• Opportunity to grow a general urology practice while pursuing niche clinical interests.
• Collaborative multidisciplinary environment with strong referral resources.

Physicians have access to state-of-the-art equipment and support services, including:
• Da Vinci Robotic Surgical System.
• Digital Endoscopic Technology.
• Operative microscope.
• Advanced diagnostic imaging and radiology services.
• Comprehensive laboratory support.
• Urodynamic and stimulation testing capabilities.

Call Schedule
• Approximately 8 days of call per month.
• One weekend of calls per month.
• Participation in a 1:5 call model.
• Coverage limited to a single hospital.
• Teaching & Research.
