Upmarket Account Executive

ADP is hiring an Upmarket Account Executive (25-49 Employee Market).

In this role, you will drive new business growth within a defined geographic territory targeting organizations with 25-49 employees. You'll build relationships with business owners and decision-makers while helping them address payroll, HR, benefits, compliance, and workforce management challenges through ADP's industry-leading Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions.

Daily, you'll prospect for new business, cultivate relationships, leverage established business partnerships, assess client and prospect needs, present tailored recommendations, and guide organizations through the buying process. You'll manage a complete sales cycle while helping growing businesses leverage technology and strategic workforce solutions to achieve their goals.

This opportunity is designed for sales professionals who have already built a foundation in business-to-business sales and are ready to take the next step in their careers. ADP provides industry-leading sales training, coaching, and technology to help you maximize your success and earnings potential.

Integrity, resilience, positivity, and a refuse-to-lose attitude are must-haves in this job. As with any role in sales, you will experience ebbs and flows. However, challenges should ignite your determination and invigorate you to thrive, not weigh you down. In return, you'll be rewarded with uncapped commissions, incentive trips, and opportunities to advance your career in a fun and friendly environment, all while gaining serious credibility as part of an industry-leading sales team in a stable and highly respected tech company.
