Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there is limited access to our office. This position will be mostly performed remotely.

Summary

In this role, you will be able to develop your expertise, work aside an experienced team by carrying out large-scale projects involving the deployment of the UKG Kronos Dimensions applications for our clients.

Responsibilities :
  • Manage the complete project life cycle;
  • Write and maintain necessary functional and technical documentation;
  • Gather business processes requirements and design business processes;
  • Configure Kronos Dimensions software and its different modules;
  • Carry out functional tests;
  • Drive the development of functional and systems specifications (reports, interfaces, conversion, etc.);
  • Train users and provide the necessary support;
  • Support system post go-live to insure stability in delivery;
  • As a consultant, you will also collaborate in preparing offers of services to potential clients and participate in mentoring and developing team members when necessary


What you will need to succeed :
  • Be certified in one or more UKG Kronos Dimensions modules (Timekeeper, accrual, advanced scheduling);
  • Experience in configuring the Kronos Dimensions solutions or an equivalent time and attendance solution;
  • Strong ability for understanding and analyzing Time management processes;
  • Experience in implementation or projects deployment;
  • Knowledge of "best practices" built into the UKG Kronos software (an asset);
  • Familiarity with the Paragon methodology (an asset);
  • Be customer centric;
  • Ability to work under pressure on simultaneous assignments;
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in IT related field
