You'll collaborate across departments-including product development, marketing, and software engineering-to ensure our digital touchpoints deliver a consistent, intuitive, and impactful user experience. How You'll Create Impact
- Design and optimize digital interfaces for our software products
- Translate complex user needs and clinical workflows into intuitive design solutions.
- Create wireframes, mockups, user flows, and prototypes using tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability tests with healthcare professionals and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with software developers and product teams to implement user-centric designs.
- Maintain visual consistency across platforms in accordance with Paragon 28's brand standards.
- Monitor performance and usability feedback post-launch and iterate designs accordingly.
- Contribute to the evolution of our design system and digital brand guidelines.
What Makes You Stand Out
- Bachelor's or master's degree in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, HCI, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a UI/UX or digital product design role.
- Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or regulated industries preferred.
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital product or web/mobile UI/UX projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent.
- Understanding of responsive design, WCAG accessibility standards, and FDA-regulated environments a plus.
- Knowledge of user research and testing methodologies.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Compensation Data
Salary Range: $88,000 - 110,000 depending on skills and experience
