Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Computer Science, or a related field
• 10+ years of UI/UX design experience for enterprise web or mobile applications
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX and UI design work
• Proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools
• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user journeys, and design systems
• Solid understanding of accessibility, responsive design, and usability principles
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, and usability assessments.
• Analyze user journeys, workflows, and pain points to identify improvement opportunities.
• Create personas, journey maps, information architecture, and task flows.
• Define end-to-end user experiences aligned with business objectives.
• Design wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Create intuitive, responsive, and accessible user interfaces.
• Partner with product managers, business analysts, and engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and support product discovery activities.
