About the Role:
Praescient Analytics is seeking a UI/UX Designer to craft human-centered digital experiences for complex analytical web applications in support of an Intelligence Community agency. You will lead user research, wireframing, rapid prototyping, and interface design to ensure applications are intuitive and seamlessly tailored to mission requirements.
Responsibilities:
Establish user interface and user experience (UI/UX) strategies, research initiatives, and design systems for client applications.
Apply Human-Centered Design (HCD) principles to create intuitive workflows for complex data and analytical platforms.
Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research, including user interviews, surveys, persona creation, and usability tests.
Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity visual design concepts.
