AdaptX is searching for a User Interface/Frontend Software Engineer. This person will directly impact
the success of our products through significant contributions on the Engineering team. They will have a
strong sense of customer advocacy, be highly collaborative, think critically and creatively, and share
their perspectives in formal and informal settings. They will thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Develop and enhance AdaptX's codebase and user experience
- Deliver clean maintainable code with adequate unit tests
- Resolve technical issues through research and creativity
- Evolve the AdaptX user experience for all users
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure software designs meet requirements
- Work closely with product management to design and define feature requirements
- Work collaboratively with other team members
- Document work appropriately
Requirements
- 4 or more years of software development experience, building web-based user interfaces
- Experience with TypeScript and/or JavaScript, Angular framework experience is a bonus
- Demonstrated experience with Git, Continuous Integration and Delivery, and monitoring solutions
- Experience using AI tools responsibly across the software development lifecycle is a bonus
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to seek clarification and making design choices as appropriate
- Naturally curious and comfortable using data to drive decisions
- Team-oriented and collaborative
- Strong ability to operate within a dynamic, fast-paced, and sometimes ambiguous environment
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across all levels of an organization
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
AdaptX offers a comprehensive, industry-competitive benefits package, which includes medical, dental,
and vision insurance as well as flexible paid time off. The salary range for this role is $110,000-$135,000.
