  • Lead prototyping, solution exploration, and technical feasibility discussions for complex interface problems
  • Lead on architectural and system design decisions that affect front-end maintainability, performance, scalability, and user experience
  • Effectively communicate technical and practical design considerations, trade-offs, risks, and limitations throughout the design and delivery process
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and constructive feedback to other developers through code reviews, pairing, and day-to-day collaboration
  • Implement unit tests and improve front-end test coverage for new and existing features
  • Apply strong attention to detail in code quality, performance, usability, accessibility, maintainability, and long-term platform consistency
  • Model responsible use of AI-powered development tools to accelerate delivery, improve problem solving, and support team learning while maintaining strong accountability for code quality, security, maintainability, and technical understanding
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills And Qualifications:

  • Advanced understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript or TypeScript, and modern front-end development practices
  • Ability to innovate and creatively implement practical, maintainable solutions to uncommon or complex interface challenges
  • Highly proficient with version control using Git and experienced with collaborative development workflows
