Key Responsibilities:
Provide ongoing support for the User Activity Monitoring (UAM) software solution, including updates, modifications, deployments, and other sustainment activities.
Perform UAM maintenance activities to ensure the solution remains fully functional and effectively deployed across the enterprise.
Identify and resolve coverage gaps. Support ITP analysts with requests related to new configurations, data feeds, and other UAM-specific updates.
Maintain documentation that accurately captures the system configuration baseline.
