Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
2+ years of litigation experience
Experience as 2nd chair in jury trials required
Preferred experience as 1st chair in jury trials
Member of the Florida Bar in good standing
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Strong negotiation skills and claim evaluation experience
Responsibilities
Meet with clients to discuss their cases with compassion and empathy

Full Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY:
In this role, you will see that our clients receive the best care and obtain excellent results. Attorneys are expected to meet with clients to discuss their case, show compassion and empathy, and demonstrate an ability to earn their trust, confidence, and respect. They will also update clients and communicate with insurance companies from time to time regarding the status of claims, demands, and offers. In addition, the Attorney should be able to prepare the case for trial and try the case if needed.
REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS:
Full-time
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
2 or more years of litigation experience
Jury trials as first chair preferred
Jury trials as 2nd chair required
Member of the Florida Bar and in good standing
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
Experience in knowing how to evaluate claims, etc.
Superb negotiation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Have a proactive approach to problem-solving
Ability to work independently in an office environment
