Treasury Manager
Hybrid - 2 days/week in Pico Rivera, CA
$105,000-$120,000 per year DOE

NewGen Administrative Services partners with skilled nursing facilities to deliver compassionate, person-centered care. We're looking for a Treasury Manager to join our treasury team, support the VP of Treasury, and process, monitor, analyze, and report daily treasury activities across our rapidly growing portfolio of healthcare facilities.
What you'll do:- Monitor the daily cash position and transfer and settle funds across 200+ entities and 800+ receivable and disbursement accounts at multiple banks
- Maintain cash flow forecast models for weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reporting to internal and external stakeholders
- Complete and submit Borrowing Base Certificates (BBCs) to asset-based lenders
- Open, maintain, and update bank accounts and documents, including KYCs, treasury management services, statements, and account analysis
- Help develop and improve treasury process controls to mitigate risk
- Support testing of treasury processes between NetSuite and Kyriba
- Partner with Accounting, AR, AP, FP&A, and Payroll to ensure all cash activities are reported and processed accurately
- Research and resolve all treasury related issues
- Assist with ad hoc analysis and projects, such as AR collections and disbursement trends
What you bring:- Must have: 5+ years of back office treasury experience with strong knowledge of cash projection and liquidity concepts
- Must have: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel pivot tables and VLOOKUP
- Must have: Associate or Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- Must have: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Must have: Flexibility with changing priorities and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Must have: Ability to reliably commute, or plan to relocate before starting. Hybrid schedule of 2 days in office and 3 from home, at our Montebello office through June 2027, then Pico Rivera starting mid 2027 (subject to change)
- Nice to have: Experience with asset-based lending principles and processes
- Nice to have: Experience with Kyriba or comparable software
