Responsibilities

• Plan project workflows, ensuring timely scheduling of materials and equipment.
• Manage construction projects to guarantee they meet budget, timeline, and quality standards.
• Review plans and project documents, directing construction activities and resolving issues as they arise.
• Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships for continued satisfaction and business.
• Conduct annual performance evaluations for team members as directed.
• Collaborate with various corporate departments such as HR, Estimating, and Finance.
