Overview

The Cardiovascular Sonographer, TS performs echocardiograms as well as varying vascular studies of patient's anatomy/physiology and pathophysiology. They must demonstrate proficiency in the use of ultrasound equipment to visualize and record quality images of the structures of the cardiovascular system in accordance with established guidelines and departmental policies and procedures. Registered Vascular Technologist Required - And Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer Required - Or Registered Vascular Specialist Required - And Registered Cardiac Sonographer Required

Education

Graduate Cardiac Ultrasound Required Graduate Peripheral Vascular Ultrasound Required Associate's Degree Cardiovascular Sonography Preferred
