Nightwing is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Travel and Expense Analyst with analytics experience to join our finance team. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of travel and expense reports for our employees, in compliance with government regulations and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Expense Processing: Review and process employee expense reports for accuracy and compliance, including verifying receipts and proper coding of expenses.
Policy Compliance: Ensure all travel and expense activities adhere to company policies and government regulations, including the Federal Travel Regulation (FTR).
Employee Support: Provide guidance and support to employees regarding travel and expense policies, procedures, and reimbursements.
Reporting: Prepare and analyze travel and expense reports, providing insights and recommendations for cost-saving measures.
Data Analytics: Create and maintain travel and expense metrics, developing dashboards for end users across the company that tell a story and inspire action.
Travel Coordination: Ensure compliance with government and company travel policies.

Qualifications:

Salary & Benefits The salary associated with this position ($55,000-$106,000) is commensurate with the selected candidate's qualifications, years of relevant experience, and demonstrated level of expertise.
