Project Manager - Transportation/Roadway

Aguirre & Fields is looking for a seasoned Project Manager in our Fort Worth, TX office to lead design projects from scoping through delivery. In this role, you will guide multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets and schedules, strengthen client partnerships, and help deliver engineering solutions that make a visible difference in the communities we serve.

The Opportunity

This is an opportunity for an experienced civil engineering leader to own high-impact projects, mentor talented staff, and be a trusted partner to clients. You will manage project scope, fee, schedule, quality control, workload planning, progress reporting, invoicing, and pursuit support while keeping teams aligned, proactive, and focused on successful outcomes.
  • Lead design projects to completion on schedule, within budget, and with strong client and team satisfaction.
  • Partner with project engineers, engineers in training, and technical staff to plan work and maintain momentum.
  • Serve as a project manager, task lead, or technical resource on pursuits and RFP responses.
  • Champion quality by ensuring project deliverables follow current company QC practices.
  • Contribute to innovation, professional development, and community-focused business development efforts.
