Job DescriptionDewberry is seeking a Transportation/Roadway Deputy Project Manager for our Charlotte, NC office. This is an excellent career opportunity to join a top Transportation Design firm. We are seeking a candidate that will have the opportunity to grow and strengthen our transportation design practice in Raleigh.
Responsibilities
- Task management of Transportation design projects.
- Supervision of support staff and document production.
- Monitoring budgets and schedules.
- Assisting with and collaboration with team members on the marketing of new projects.
- Interfacing with clients.
Required Skills & Required Experience
- BS degree in Civil/Transportation Engineering.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in the design of highways, roads and greenways, preferrably in North Carolina.
- PE required or ability to obtain within six months.
- Experience with NCDOT projects preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in MicroStation or ORD.
- Excellent organizational skills.
