Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
• 8+ years in technical market/business development and selling transportation services.
• Experience in business development planning, including strategic plans and proposals.
• Established relationships with DOTs preferred.
• Technical project management experience desired.
• PE license required.
• Proven leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic transportation initiatives across offices to standardize practices and foster innovation.
• Cultivate relationships with transportation agencies to support organizational goals.
• Lead complex, highly visible projects, setting priorities and overseeing financial performance.
• Serve as a technical resource for multi-disciplinary teams, providing insights and leadership.
• Engage in the design process while managing billable hour responsibilities to ensure project success.
