Title:
Training Systems Requirements Analysis (TSRA) Lead

KBR is seeking a Training Systems Requirements Analysis (TSRA) Lead to join our team in El Segundo, CA.

KBR is the prime contractor on the Military Satellite Communications (MILSATCOM) Systems Engineering, Integration and Test (MSEIT) contract. By applying to this position, you are in consideration for KBR employment. The MSEIT effort provides leading edge Systems Engineering & Integration (SE&I) for the Space Force's Space Systems Command (SSC). We acquire state of the art Military and Commercial Satellite Communications (SATCOM) systems, providing global secure, survivable, and protected communications for our nation's warfighters. We seek technical individuals who will thrive in a highly collaborative work environment of small teams, using the most modern tools and methodologies to tackle the challenges of integrating complex space and ground communications systems.

The TSRA Lead will direct and manage all aspects of training systems requirements analysis activities supporting complex defense and space system programs. The TSRA Lead will provide leadership for methodology development, requirements identification, stakeholder integration, and delivery of training analysis products while serving as the primary interface with senior government and contractor leadership.

Responsibilities:
• Lead and oversee all TSRA activities across the program lifecycle
• Develop and maintain training systems analysis methodologies and processes
• Direct requirements gathering, analysis, validation, and traceability efforts
• Integrate training requirements across operations, maintenance, logistics, and test communities
• Coordinate with government customers, prime contractors, and program stakeholders
• Ensure delivery of TSRA products, reports, recommendations, and milestone deliverables such as the Systems Training Plan (STP)
• Facilitate senior-level technical reviews, working groups, and decision forums
• Provide strategic guidance regarding training system architecture and implementation approaches
• Support development of Statement of Work (SOW), Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), and program documentation

Qualifications:

Required:

• Active DoD Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Education, Military Science, Systems Engineering, or related discipline
• 10+ years of experience in defense, aerospace, space systems, or military training programs
• Proficiency in Defense Acquisition System (DoDI 5000 series)
• Demonstrated experience leading training requirements analysis efforts
• Experience working with government customers and senior program leadership
• Strong interpersonal skills, communication (oral and written) and presentation skills
• Demonstrated ability to clearly articulate ideas, recommendations and options to customers, senior leaders, and stakeholders
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Desired:
• Masters degree in technical field
• Experience with Program Office and/or HQ CFC (previous HQ AFSPC, HQ SpOC) processes
• Experience with Systems Approach to Training (SAT), Instructional Systems Design (ISD), TSRA, and military training development processes
• Space systems, ground segment, or missile defense experience
• Program management and systems engineering experience
• Professional certifications (INCOSE) such as INCOSE CSEP or ESEP
• Familiarity with Request for Proposal (RFP) development
• DAWIA Certifications, such as Program Management Level II
• Active DoD Top Secret, SCI clearance

Compensation: $113,100 to $141,300 in El Segundo, CA

The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.
