Job Title: Training Manager

Job Description:

Saratech is seeking a Training Manager to grow and manage our engineering software training business. This person will build a reliable class schedule, work with Marketing to promote upcoming courses, coordinate qualified trainers, and engage customers directly to fill classes. The Training Manager will own training enrollment and revenue goals and track progress against them. Success in this role means a well-promoted training calendar, consistently staffed classes, strong customer participation, and measurable growth in training revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a training calendar based on customer demand, product priorities, and trainer availability.
  • Partner with Marketing to promote class topics, dates, and registration deadlines through campaigns, events, and account communications.
  • Recruit and schedule internal and external trainers, ensuring they have the materials and information needed to deliver each course.
  • Contact existing accounts and prospective customers to identify training needs, recommend courses, and secure registrations.
  • Prepare training quotes and coordinate registration, scheduling, virtual or onsite logistics, and customer communications.
  • Track leads, registrations, class capacity, revenue, and results against monthly and quarterly training goals.
  • Use customer feedback and enrollment trends to improve course offerings, scheduling, and outreach.
  • Work with sales and technical teams to identify training opportunities tied to software purchases, implementations, and customer adoption.

Paid Time Off: All full-time regular exempt employees are eligible for our Discretionary Time Off vacation policy after 90 days from their start date, Discretionary Time Off plan is a non-accrual plan for employees. All full-time regular non-exempt employees are eligible for our Paid Time Off Plan policy after 90 days, Paid Time Off plan is an 3.33 hours accrual per pay period for employees.

Paid Holidays: All full-time employees will receive 8 paid holidays per year. Full-time non-exempt employees receive an extra floater holiday per year.

Paid Sick time: All full-time employees will receive 32 sick hours per year. Part time employees will receive 24 hours or minimum sick time required by the state.
