ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Training Manager, you will play a pivotal assistant team lead role in bridging hands-on training delivery with program management and team coordination. You will contribute to and help lead the development, execution, and continuous improvement of world-class technical training for Anduril products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and product adoption goals. This role requires a blend of direct instructional expertise, curriculum development, and the ability to guide and manage the efforts of Trainers, contributing significantly to the national security mission.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Training Delivery & Leadership: Actively lead and participate in the delivery of technical training to end-users from military, government agency, and commercial backgrounds, including hands-on instruction at customer locations (potentially Hazard Zones) and Anduril test sites.
• Team & Schedule Management: Assist in the management and orchestration of a team of trainers, coordinating their efforts and schedules to ensure efficient and effective training delivery.
• Program & Business Alignment: Support program management by contributing to the planning, resourcing, and execution of company-wide training efforts that drive product adoption and align with business line goals.
• Curriculum & Product Development: Design, build, and continuously update training curricula across a variety of platforms, including presentations, hands-on practicals, computer-based training, and simulations. Create, shape, and manage training collateral, ensuring it remains current with new product features and functionality.
• Subject Matter Expertise & Systems Learning: Develop a deep understanding of Anduril's hardware and software offerings, serving as a subject matter expert and effectively explaining technical terminology and solutions to non-technical audiences.
• Customer & Product Feedback: Serve as a voice for our customers, building a bridge between end-users and Anduril to capture feedback, identify pain points, and inform the development of new product features and capabilities.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work across a wide range of Anduril teams, including product development, engineering, design, and operations, to capture product updates and support comprehensive training of end users.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Training Expertise: A strong background in planning, developing, and delivering training, with expertise in adult learning theories and instructional design for technical fields.
• Leadership Acumen: Proven experience in managing, guiding, or coordinating training efforts, projects, or a small team of trainers, demonstrating an ownership mentality and strong initiative.
• Communication Skills: Adaptive, creative communication style that fits a variety of audiences, with a proven ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical individuals.
• Collaboration & Influence: Ability to work effectively in cross-functional environments and influence others without direct hierarchical relationship.
• National Security Focus: Enthusiasm for transforming US and allied military capabilities with advanced technology.
• Clearance & Travel: Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance and the ability to travel up to 50% of the time, including to Hazard Zones.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Prior military or government agency exposure/experience is a plus.
• Expertise in Counter-Unmanned Aerial Systems (CUAS) principles and capabilities.
• Experience with Air Defense technology including autonomous systems, advanced C2 systems, electronic warfare.
• Experience with hands-on technical deployment, integration, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware and software systems.
• Formal education in engineering, international relations or other related field.

US Salary Range

$112,000-$149,000 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
