Professional Traffic Operations Engineer (PTOE) preferred

Description
We are currently looking for an experienced Traffic Engineer - Project Manager to join our Indiana team who will best support our clients, co-workers, and Core Principles - "understand our customers and satisfy their needs, do what we say we are going to do, and Have Fun!". The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast paced, technically oriented, operations, engineering, or construction firm.
Responsibilities:
Provide expertise in traffic analysis for both public and private development projects.
Provide project management support for traffic/transportation design and traffic operations projects.
Must be able to facilitate and present at public meetings.
Be able to confidently interact in person, virtually, via email, and on the phone with both clients and the public
Requires a strong technical background to lead efforts related traffic analysis studies.
Develop new work opportunities including preparing proposals developing project scope and budgets
Project management tasks include scope, schedule, budgets, QAQC, staffing and workloads
Mentor and coach staff in developing traffic and transportation engineering skills
Qualifications:

Ability to attend meetings; both daytime and nighttime meetings, some travel maybe required within Michigan and Indiana
Strong working knowledge of Synchro/Sim Traffic required Familiarity or working knowledge of Rodel, AutoCAD or MicroStation, PTV Vissim, PTV Vistro, HCS a plus. familiarity
Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
